how to encourage your husband to go south

He nevers go south already we only see once a year cause he works abroad. I always well bath before doing it with him, but most of the time he will just finger me to make me climax and then he will enter me. I wanted him to go down, im a very conservative woman and shy to tell what i want to him because early in our relationship he always go down now he doesnt. What shall i do?
