Needs advice: usage of liniments.

Needs advice: Is it safe to apply liniment such as efficascent, creations spa essentials, katinko and superscent during pregnancy? I am applying them in my legs due to cramps.

Hello po, I also apply pero seldom lang po coz of the smell. Pero siguro try niyo po yong natural approach more like elevate legs, and stretching.
