Delight or Yakult once a day. Baka umeffect sayo. Tapos, sa food naman baka umeffect sayo yung Oatmeal original (bili kana lang gatas) Tapos mag Saging ka palagi mhie. Suggestions lang naman since ayan ginagawa ko para makapagpoop eh.
