SSS Maternity Notification

Need help guys! After manganak, dba ang ipapasa na requirements sa SSS are papers from hospital if CS then account number? Mag oopen pa lang po kasi ako ng account. Pwd po ba ATM lang or need talaga passbook or savings acc? Then, sa baby po, pwd ba live birth from hospital ang ipasa or need talaga Birth certificate from NSO? Please comment guys. ?
