Baby Tantrums

Need advice pls 1yr and 6months na si baby. Npnsin ko po na tuwing mag tantrums sya ay inuuntog nya ulo nya sa sahig O kya ay hinahampas ang sarili. Please help po :( need na po ba ipa consult si baby? Kalimitan po ito ngyayari halimbawa pag naagawan ng laruan ni kuya nya iiyak tpos mag uuntog. 😞😞😞

Nung magsimula ang lo ko na saktan sarili nya during his tantrums, I made sure not to react-- no looks of worry/ anger/ sadness, etc. And definitely not giving in to whatever he wants that prompted the tantrums. I made him understand that hurting himself won't get him whatever it is that he wanted. Soon enough, he stopped doing it.
