Natalac or Mega Malunggay and why?
By the way, I know the importance of direct feeding and unli latch. I just wanted to gain more opinions and reviews regarding those 2 products because I still wanted to eat and have supplements for my breastfeeding and for myself as well because malunggay is a superfood. Thank you!
Tried and tested any food supplement wont help kapag hindi mo ipapa unlimited latch kay baby ang boobies mo. Gastos lang sya. Nag mega malunggay ako sabe 3x a day sumasama ang pakiramdam ko naduduwal ako. And lumakas nman milk ko kahit wala nyan basta ipa latch lang kay baby
tried Natalac 60 capsules naubos ko. 3x a day. pero no use pag stress ka, mawawalan ka talaga ng milk production. it happened to me....
Havent tried any of those kase puro natital ang kinakain ko for milk production nung nagbreastfeed ako
