Yes binat is real and probably this is the same with baby blues and postpartum depression and anxiety. Rest, eat and think happy thoughts. Make sure you get enough uninterrupted sleep. Help with the chores is a must and have someone to talk to. Also don't forget to take your vitamins.If you can find a doula mas better.

And if you are a first time mom, she will be there to guide and teach you anything postpartum!
