Nakakatulong po ba sa constipation ung pineapple juice? I am havin a hard time early this morning until now with my constipated stomach ☹️ all i have here is pineapple juice and kiwi fruit. Tia

Ask ur OB sis. Alam ko pwede nMN po pineapple juice pero wag sobra kasi suggested po pineapple pag lapit na manganak
