Less oil sis and exercise. Take folic acid everyday. Gnyan na gnyan kami ng hubby ko. Hirap makabuo then nagtry ako magdiet, less oil more gulay. Ayun after6months of diet nakabuo kmi. I'm 18weekspreggy now💖
