Hahaha same problem tyo sis. I can't say no sa rice ,lalo pg msarap ulam. Im 30wks. Preggy and trying to avoid rice muna and instead kamote and saging gnagawa kong alternative. Tamang papak nlng ng ulam,3 veses sa isang linggo nlng aq mag rice,maybe that will help (pra d ma-cs) and exercise daily.

Naku nakakalaki talaga ang rice, more on ulam at gulay ka lang sana. No carbs na muna Gnawa ko kamote knakain ko instead of rice.

Hindi ko po kasi maiwasan lalo kapag masarap ung ulam hehe 😅 pero ngayon po nag hahanap na po ako ng alternative sa rice. Anyway Thank you po 😊
