at least 2 liters mamsh :) , may 1 pa din naktulong sa akin nung nag start ako uminom ng milk, but unfortunately walang mabilhan dito sa pinas, nagpalit ako ng brand pero di hiyang kaya water lng talaga ang kakampi ko, ask your OB rin kapag medyo di na carry :)
