SSS Mat1

Question

Nagdrop na po ako ng mat1 ko nung month of June sa mismong SSS branch pero until now wala pa po akong narerecieve na response sa kanila. Currently employed pa po ang status ko pero wala na po akong work, awol po kasi ako sa last company ko. Last na hulog ko po is December2019 pa, and may nagsabi po na kailangan kong maghulog directly para maging voluntary ang member. Kung maghuhulog po kaya ako ngayong week, hindi po ba ako late filling? Scheduled CS na po kasi ako sa August3, next week kaya medyo nangangamba na po ako. Sana po may makasagot, badly needed. Up to 10 yrs naman po ang filing ng mat 2 momsh. Voluntary member ako at eto pinagawa sakin. 1. Submit mat1 via online 2. Change membership status thru sss office (from employed to voluntary) 3. Submit mat2 after giving birth with the ff requirements : - certificate of non-cash advancement from previous employer - L501 from previous employer - operation history if cs/ob history if nsd - mat2 form (get it at sss office) - photocopy of your own savings account's deposit slip (not payroll acct) - copy of your ATM card -certified birth cert of your child. -copy of umid id
