Nag positive ako sa pt 7 days ako nagantay lahat yun positive pero nung nag pa transvaginal ultrasound wala daw nakitang baby :( Ano po kayang rason?

with that po better to ask your OB immediately. the moment po na sinabi nya wala mkita baby. don't hesitate to ask why or what are the possible reasons po.
