My toddler nephew is not fond of eating vegetables--at all. How can I make him eat vegetables like kalabasa, sayote and even ampalaya?

It's really hard to make toddlers eat veggies especially if they've been accustomed to eating tasty and sweet stuff. I guess all you have to do is just keep on offering, or if that won't work, try disguising the veggies into what he likes to eat. But I suggest you work first on my first advice. That way, he'll know he's actually eating veggies and who knows, he might learn to eat other healthy stuff too?

There's really no other way than to keep on offering it to him. Mash it and mix it with his favorite food so it won't be too obvious you're introducing something new to him.

My son loves to eat spaghetti. So I grate kalabasa and/or carrots on the marinara sauce. He likes the sweet taste it produces.

Mix it with yummy snacks like spaghetti and pizza. It's effective, try it!
