My newborn sleeps continuously up to 4 hrs with out any feed, should I wake him up in between for feeds?

Usually doctors saying that a mother should breast feed the baby until 6 months old. It should be between 2-3 hours. It's your decision to wake him up or not. But try to feed the baby well before the baby goes to sleep. 😃
