My newborn sleeps continuously up to 4 hrs with out any feed, should I wake him up in between for feeds?

Nope do not disrupt him from his sleep. He will naturally wake up and ask for his feed.

5 hours sleep max. But your breast milk supply won't keep up unless you are feeding or pumping every two to three hours.
