My newborn sleeps continuously up to 4 hrs with out any feed, should I wake him up in between for feeds?

I suggest to feed the baby on demand. However you may want to monitor if your newborn has jaundice as it sometimes makes babies sleepy, so they nurse less enthusiastically.
