My nephew has light wounds after playing in the park. Aside from guava leaves (dahon ng bayabas), what other Philippine herbal medicines do you use to disinfect wounds?

I have used aloe vera to inhibit inflammatory activity especially of sunburn. I have also tried turmeric which has good anti-septic and anti-inflammatory properties that heal wounds.
