I drink fish and papaya soup to boost my breastmilk supply. Apparently it did help me to increase my milk supply as I felt breasts were fuller after taking the soup. My friend used to add a teaspoon of coconut oil to her milo drink (apparently it had to be australian recipe milo for for this to work). She would drink it hot, make a smoothie or make popsicles!
