No. I have read that care giver should never pull back foreskin of the penis by force for cleaning. Care giver should clean the penis of a baby or child like any other parts of his body. Simply apply soap on it and wash it away with water. Foreskin is attached to the head of a penis by a connective tissue which dissolves naturally. It should not be pulled by force. This process usually happened during puberty before the age of 18 years old. When your son's foreskin is ready to be pulled, he should be big enough to perform the act by himself.
