My baby boy is almost 1 year old. Now that he is older, do I pull back the foreskin of his penis to clean it?

I was taught by my nurse to always pull back the foreskin during clean as bacteria and germs may be present in between the folds. Now that your boy is almost 1, perhaps you can start teaching your son how to wash properly so that he knows it's important to get the in-betweens as well.
