It is okay, don't worry. Usually, the first tooth emerges at around six months. However, some babies are born with a tooth, and some still have a completely gummy smile on their first birthday. If your baby still doesn't have any teeth at 10 months he is, almost certainly, just taking his time. The chances are that late teething runs in the family. Talk to your baby's grandparents. You may find that either you, or your baby's dad, were also slow in cutting that first tooth.
actually it is normal for your kid to be like this because different children have different development rates. as long as the baby teeth are all fully grown by 3 year old then all will be fine. the slower your child grows all his/her baby teeth, the longer it will be before he will start growing adult teeth. so you don't have to worry too much!
I heard that sometimes it runs in the family. But it is definitely not uncommon for babies not to have any teeth at 10 months old. Don't worry too much for now, every baby develops differently. Give your baby some time. If you are really worried, mention this at your baby's next checkup and see what the doctor says. Take care mummy!
Different child has different development milestone and every child is different. For my own, average teething period is between 9-12 mths old. I feel that this is normal you should not be alarmed by it. Unless, when you go for the development assessment at the polyclinic or GP and this issue is being brought up.
Every child is unique. Their development stages also different. My #1 started teething at 3 mths whereas my #2 started teething at 7mths. Thus mummy..nothing to worry about. Infact I heard the later they teething the better cos their milk teeth wont drop so early as they moved into toddler or young kids=)
it's normal. don't hurry. try homeopathic medicine called Dentonic pills. it's available in medical shops. just 3 pills put in his mouth. since these r sugar pills, he will just suck on it. it won't cause any teething problems like pain, fever, irritation and salivating.
It's completely normal . Every child is different so the age of showing their first tooth varies. However, if it is taking more than average time i.e around 1.5 years to show any signs of teething, then you should consult your doctor. Otherwise, it is perfectly okay.

That's perfectly fine. My daughter had her first 4 teeth after 10 months and all of them erupted together. You can ask the kid's doctor if you're too worried although I doubt he'd be concerned either :)
all kids is diff so dun worry. my baby is 9 mth plus and started teething not long ago. some might be slower but they'll still grow their teeth when it time to grow.
