It could be a milk rash too. Baby Acne or Milk rash both are very common with babies and they go away when they gets older. I've tried these methods which healed my son's rough patchy cheeks. After every milk feed, wipe his cheeks with some cool boiled water. Apply a thin layer of cream to protect the cheeks. Get those with oatmeal. It helps with the healing. Hope it works for your child

Hi mum, my lb also had the same its actually heat apparently we keep our babies to warm so they body comes out with fine red pimples. I stopped over dressing my baby and it eventually went away... Also and old indianbl remedy is to give baby a little bit of castor oil to remove inside heat like 2 drops of it.

I also experience that with my son ,worse I was not using anything on him when he had those Was just using plain water and a cotton wool I then took him to the Dr and was given mothers own aqueous cream ....don't know what did he mix it with and now my sons skin is smooth clean clear and beautiful

It is normal as your baby is still trying to adjust to a whole new environment. Wipe and keep the face clean after every feed. I have also used this cream from California Baby and it works wonders for us. http://www.californiababy.com/calendula-cream-2-oz.html

I had the same problem with my little one. Apply a little breast milk as lotion to his skin at every feed. The irritation and redness as well as itching will be gone in a day. The actual pimples will be gone in 2.

Its probably some kind of skin disorder, mayb ezcema, impetigo if its got pastules dat are wid pus... Just visit ur pediatrician... He or she wil most definitely know what it is... There is no baby acne.

My baby was the same, like little bumps all over the cheeks. Don't worry they will go away and you baby's skin will be so soft. Her bumps went away at 8 weeks more or less.

baby's skin is sensitive, if your husband grow his beard and constantly kissing the baby on the cheek may irritate your babies skin.

maybe he has some sort of allergic reaction or maybe he has a skin asthma.. have you talked to the pedia about this?
