My 11 year old doesn't eat leafy vegetables. Any way to 'trick' him into having them at a meal a day (for starters)?

Get your child involved in cooking his own meal. Then include some finely chopped vegetable bits. You could also blend leafy vegetables into a healthy smoothie and add honey for sweetness. http://recipes.howstuffworks.com/menus/10-tips-for-sneaking-healthy-ingredients.htm

You can try to involve him in growing up own leafy vegetables so he will be feeling more appreciate and willing to take in own grown vegetables. Another way is to use food face kids dinner plate to encourage him to decorate the face using vegetables and eat them.
