My 11 year old doesn't eat leafy vegetables. Any way to 'trick' him into having them at a meal a day (for starters)?

Get your child involved in cooking his own meal. Then include some finely chopped vegetable bits. You could also blend leafy vegetables into a healthy smoothie and add honey for sweetness. http://recipes.howstuffworks.com/menus/10-tips-for-sneaking-healthy-ingredients.htm
