Any mummy using Essential oils for yourself ? What kind of essential oils do you u use?

Am using yl peppermint mostly and lavender... sometimes purification to cleanse the air

I use Valor for back pains and RC for nose blocks. Quite effective for me.

Essential oil no but axe oil yes and it was essential to me

You can try Young Living essential oils

Im using PPP from YL and Geranium too..

geranium, lavender and lemongrass

Peppermint and lemongrass
