Anybody using Vicks for baby on their toddlers for cough and flu? Some people told me its not good and I should use essential oils instead but essential oils is such an expensive thing to keep up with.

Both should be used in moderation. If u see the ingredients in Vicks, it is formulated with eucalyptus and menthol, which should be used sparingly in young children due to respiratory and skin irritation concerns. While I love using essential oils, I take care to educate myself properly on the dilution ratios and what is safe for babies and young children and improper usage can lead to unwanted risks. Absolutely no ingestion of EO should ever be used for children and I personally don't subscribe to ingestion for adults either. There are other reputable brands out there other than the big (and expensive) MLM brands. Point is, either is possible, but don't overuse them.

Baby vicks. Try to find it at guardian or watsons. Is in a glass bottle. I rub it at the back, chest and feet. For feet after rubbing at the sole please wear socks.

I use vicks for baby on the bottom of their soles and wear socks, help unblock blocked nose

Essential oil is dangerous for babies since there risk of overdosage. Use baby vicks

Baby Vicks is fine! Essential oil is risky if you don't know how to use it safely
