Hey there! I totally get where you're coming from. Slow walking and feeling heavy at 5 months can really take a toll. I've been there myself. It's like suddenly carrying an extra weight everywhere you go, right? Rest assured, you're not alone in this. Many moms experience the same heaviness and discomfort as the pregnancy progresses. One thing that might help is incorporating some gentle exercises into your daily routine. Prenatal yoga or swimming can be great options to alleviate some of that heaviness and even ease those cramps. Also, make sure you're staying hydrated and eating well-balanced meals to keep your energy levels up. And don't hesitate to talk to your healthcare provider about any concerns you have. They might have some additional tips or even recommend some stretches or support belts to help with the discomfort. Hang in there, mama! You're doing an amazing job growing that little bundle of joy. If you ever need some extra support or advice, we're all here for you. Sending lots of love and positive vibes your way! 💕 Mama's Choice $18 voucher 👉🏻 https://invl.io/cll6she

I'm currently Wk25+1, tummy feels very bloated after meals and it is hard when I touch. May have put on some weight from Wk 24 onwards, cause I'm experiencing what they call round ligament pain, i used to walk fast but have slowed down since last week 🤭
