Subsidised route to private route f

Hi mummies! I am currently a subsidised patient at kkh. I’m planning to switch as a private patient. However, I don’t know when it’ll be ideal to do so. Has anyone done this? Is switching at 21 weeks okay? Thanks mummies :)))))
