Drinking milk

Hello mummies why does my newborn doesn’t wanna take her milk and all she does is sleep? How to get her to drink or should I wait for her to cry for milk

Normally we have to wake our baby around 3 hrs try not to exceed 4 hrs. Usually by time my newborn awake for milk, it is already late hunger cue. Thus, we will wake her up about 3 hrs plus.
