Hi mummies who have no choice but to hire help since working full time n have 2 to handle. I have repeatedly told my helper not to carry my LO all the time. But she will always do it even when he is not crying. Am I paranoid or is there smth I can do to stop this habit?
Seems like your helper loves your kid which is a good thing. But I agree that kids should not be carried all the time. Maybe you can remind her firmly not to do that?
