Just curious 😅

Mummies who had twins via Csect, how do you determine who is the elder twin? I understand for natural birth it’s based on who is our first, but what about Csect? Is it decided by doctor? 😃 Just a curious mum of 1, hope it doesn’t comes off as offensive.
