Hi mummies. What was the first food you introduced to your baby?

My paediatrician’s suggestions :- - To start with blended rice (not porridge but blended because baby needs to learn to chew-mastication) - after about a week/ two, start adding vege such as broccoli - after 2 weeks or so can start adding fish - around 8-9 months old can start introduce fruits (u dont want to introduce fruits or other sweet stuffs earlier as babies would be picky later on; they would prefer sweet food) - at 1 year old baby can start eating what we eat 😬
