Lactation Bites

Hi mummies, any shop for lactation bites to introduce besides Extra Nordic & Milking cow as it does not work for me ☹️

hi mummy! can check out @hazel.bcmama for hot chocolate lactation drink. its yummy and importantly it works!

Sg lactation bakes.. or drink avocado milkshake (i drink w/o sugar) or eat salmon which works for me

make overnight oats with Brewer's yeast and flaxseed meal
