Anyone tried lactation cookies? Does it work? Does it taste nice?

Like other milk boosters, the effect differs for different mommies -- some say the lactation cookies work like a dream while others say that they don't really see a difference in milk supply. It's pretty much a trial and error process looking for your perfect fit when it comes to milk boosters. Taste-wise, it depends on what goes into the lactation cookies. I've sampled a lactation cookie made with virgin coconut oil, oatmeal and chocolate and it smells heavenly and tastes like a Bounty Chocolate bar :)

Yes yes had tried but like no differences. Tastes superb ... I love oatmeals. There are many varieties outside in the market. Well, whether it works or not, depends on individuals. Some say till it work wonders and like eat 1 piece today, few hours later, milk supply is superb that can cause engorgement. For me, sad to say but that it doesn't work on me.
