This is what I usually do. Carrots and fish Chicken and Brocolli Mince meat with egg I mix and match. There is no right or wrong.I put everything in a slow cooker and let it boil.

you can prepare the stocks before hand. Fish bones with ikan bills. As for veg wise, minced pork and brocoli you can also try spinach or pumpkin for sweetness
