Hi mummies Can share how do you stop your Breastmilk supply? I started by doing every 3 hr to 5 hr to 8 hr now starting on 12 hr and only pump for 5 mins. Experiencing some clogged ducts too.

Yeap I drag my pump and then eventually stop after I’m sure it’s empty
