Hi mummies, those who has done power pumping (pump 20 mins rest 10 mins n pump 10 mins n repeat 1 round) how do u store your milk? Store all milk together after the whole cycle finish which is 1 hr later or store in fridge after each time finish which is 20 min and 10 min? Will the milk be containmenated after 1 hr of pumping?

I store it all together, it should be fine as freshly expressed milk "should" be able to last outside for 4 hours. If you store it at different times, you will need to wait for the milk to be same temperature before putting them together because some milk will be colder, some at room temperature.
