Brown spotting at 5 weeks

Hi mummies, Is it normal to have brown spotting at 5 weeks? My gynae says she’s unable to see anything through the ultrasound yet so she just gave me duphason and took blood test. It’s my first pregnancy and I’m so worried.

I think it happens. As long as the bleeding is nt excessive shld be ok. It is also normal not to see baby at 5 weeks so try nt to worry too much. Usually can only see heartbeat after t least 6 weeks. Relax and good luck!
