Breastfeeding

Breastmilk with fever

Hi mummies, do you need to discard the breastmilk when you are running a fever? My temperature was very high in the afternoon at 38.5° ( as the clinic was not open today, I did not went to see a doctor). At night the fever seems to have gone down. But I am worries if my breastmilk will be contaminanted with bacteria and am wondering if I should throw away the breastmilk batches for today.
