GD when to start tracking?

Hi mummies, is it necc to track your blood sugar if you’ve not been diagnosed confirmed gd? Because I did another blood test recently that tested I’m borderline high on blood sugar so idk if I should start tracking before the gd test at 24 weeks. Currently 19w only.
