High blood sugar reading at 37 weeks

I have GD and 37+5 weeks today. I haven’t been keeping track of my blood sugar readings as i have not been eating regular meals. Today, after 2 servings of coco crunch with fresh milk, my blood sugar went up to 9.9 mmol/L - the highest it has been. Now i’m crazy paranoid and worried. Will my baby be okay???

There are a few ways to lower your blood pressure naturally. Eating watermelon in the morning is one of them. Watermelon contains an amino acid called citrulline. The body converts citrulline to arginine, and this helps the body produce nitric oxide, a gas that relaxes blood vessels and encourages flexibility in arteries. These effects aid the flow of blood, which can lower high blood pressure. You could also consult your OBGYN to see what types of foods are best for you and your baby, as you move further into your pregnancy. Hope this helps 😊
