Hi, most likely its reflux. U can try to raise the baby up abit during feeds and dun raise the baby up immediately after the feed. U can also try to dilute the formula abit and observe if it gets better.

Try to reduce the volume and burp in between the feeds. That may help. So feed half then try to burp and feed again.
