severe vomitting

Hello Mummies and Mummies-to-be, I'm exactly 12weeks 5days pregnant, I've been severely vomitting everyday, anytime. Body has been rejecting food and water. Should I worry if my baby isn't having enough intake? Should i go to the hospital?

Yes u should. My best friend had that too n she had to get hospitalised. But thank god everything turned out ok for her.. please see a doc ya
