severe vomitting

Hello Mummies and Mummies-to-be, I'm exactly 12weeks 5days pregnant, I've been severely vomitting everyday, anytime. Body has been rejecting food and water. Should I worry if my baby isn't having enough intake? Should i go to the hospital?

If you suspect you’re severely dehydrated and can’t even take water, you might need to go to the hospital for a drip
