10 months old having difficulty sleeping at night

Hello mummies , my LO this few days having difficulty sleeping at night. She will rub her eyes , dig her ears , scratch her head (her sleep signal) and i will pat her to sleep but she keeps turning here and there , crawl here and there. If i do not let her turn or crawl she will cry 😭i hardly bring her out due to her gotten covid when she's 2 months old. I'm tired and exhausted until i feel like throwing her out of the house 😭 any mummies can share what can i do?

I stopped patting my baby to sleep around 7mo. I just lay her on the bed, she can do whatever she wants (be it crawl/stand or cry) then when she’s tired she will auto go to her spot and sleep. Now when she’s older (23m), I let her play for a certain time then I will tell her (1….2…) then she will come over and sleep 😅.

My 8 months old is also like that, sometimes. My husband would carry her to sleep. Or we use the yaolan (baby hammock/buaian)
