Soap in LO's bottle

Hi mummies. My LO will be 13 month nxt week. Today i spot soap in LO's water bottle. I found it weird. Taste it but its okay then when i opened the bottle i saw a small pc of vegetable. My guess is maid didn't wash properly. I have always been very particular when it comes to my LO. there were many time when there are hygiene lapse. If u were me, will u make a police report? Just in case if one day i really scold her and she make a false report against me.
