My kid bitten in Infant Care

Hi mummies My kid is 1 year old and she is in infant care. Last month her infant care teacher called and told me she was bitten by another kid in the centre. There were bite marks on her arm. I didn't think it was any cause for alarm since kids are kids and they are playful though the teacher shared with me that a teacher was with my child when the incident happened. Today I received another call from the infant care teacher telling me that my child was bitten again, this time by another kid in the centre. I asked her if the teachers were around to supervise, she said they were and it happened really fast when the kid bit my child when they were waiting to be fed. I understand teachers were cancelled because busy but I feel that they can be more vigilant and segregate my child. Should I have a talk with the centre principal to make sure such biting incidents don't happen again or should I just let it go again? #adviceappreciated
