No pregnancy symptoms

Any mummies in week 6 and coming to week 7 without any pregnancy symptoms? Tested with BFP (red bold line which appear within 1 min) but yet no pregnancy symptoms (except probably fuller breast). I am worried if it is due to not high enough HCG?
