Hi mummies to be,
I'm wondering if anyone is experiencing joint pain in their fingers? I've been having stiff and swollen joints in my hands the past few days, and it's gotten to a point where it's too painful to hold things or even type. Wondering if anyone has gone through the same thing? Is it safe to visit a chiropractor or TCM for spinal/bone adjustment? Or just leave it alone till I give birth? I don't think my gynae can help me with this except to prescribe painkillers... ?
